Silfab Solar in Burlington, WA is seeking a Production Operator II for the Pitman Night Shift. You will operate multiple machines, assemble and test components, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1 year of production experience, with 2 years preferred. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $21 plus $2 night shift differential, plus benefits and PTO.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year production experience; 2 years preferred.
• Able to read and follow English work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and team lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines per SWI.
• Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
• Assemble and test components per requirements.
• Perform simple electrical continuity tests.
• Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
• Check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging.
• Complete other tasks as required.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
