Job summary

US Modules is seeking a Production Operator to support day-to-day operations within its solar module manufacturing facility in College Station, TX. The role involves operating production equipment and performing assembly tasks across solar module manufacturing processes while ensuring safety, quality, traceability, and productivity targets are met.

The position is on-site in College Station, Texas, with night shifts available (6pm–6am) on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment and production tools per standard work and work instructions.
Perform production tasks across solar module manufacturing processes (as assigned), including material loading/unloading and assembly steps.
Support line start-up, shutdown, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
Monitor process conditions and equipment status to maintain stable operation and production flow.
Meet takt time, throughput, and productivity requirements.
Perform in-process quality checks per control plans and work instructions.
