Job summary

Heliene, Inc. in Rogers, MN is hiring a Repair Operator for our solar module production line. This full-time, non-exempt hourly role follows a demanding 12-hour day shift (6am-6pm) with a 4 days on/off rotation.

Base wage is $22.50/hour with a night shift differential offered for nights. You will support modular and cell repair, ensure 24/7 production, and maintain safety and quality on the shop floor. On-the-job training is provided to candidates with strong attention to detail and interest in

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18+ with a HS diploma/GED or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided; preference for candidates with manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of Operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Repair solar modules following quality criteria for the current production order.
• Keep track of raw material scrap.
• Solder repair to be performed on solar cells with a soldering iron.
• Handle cells and strings with proper techniques.
• Perform quality and testing procedures at each stage of the production line.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
