Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Solar Mechanical Installation General Foreman to oversee the installation of solar modules, piles, and racking systems on large utility and commercial projects.

You will lead a team of installers, coordinate activities, promote safety, and ensure quality from planning through completion. This role requires 3+ years in solar installations in a leadership capacity and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solar mechanical installation in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• OSHA 30 or higher and comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations for solar installations.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and prioritize projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solar mechanical installers, providing guidance and supervision.
• Organize and coordinate installation activities to meet schedules and specifications.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct daily safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards during installation and adherence to manufacturer requirements.
• Identify and resolve installation issues, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate daily records of activities, progress, materials, and issues.
