The Materials Coordinator will enter POs in NetSuite, manage material releases, and monitor inbound shipments while ensuring accurate data and effective communication across Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams. This role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of inventory management or materials coordination experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders in NetSuite with accurate SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Prepare and process material releases with attention to SKU numbers, quantities, and dates.
• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure materials are recorded in NetSuite as delivered; update shipment status.
• Proactively manage responsibilities, track open items through to completion, and escalate issues.
• Monitor inventory against production schedules and forecasts; identify shortages or risks and communicate them.
• Reconcile inventory by comparing NetSuite to physical stock; investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate movement of materials between vendors, warehouses, and production facilities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Vendors, and Warehouse teams on material availability and priorities.
• Develop and maintain reports/tracking tools for inventory levels, POs, inbound materials, and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and materials management efficiency.
