GameChange Energy is seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years in supply chain operations to oversee large solar installations. The role includes coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication and be single point of contact for all customer concerns.
• Provide customer solutions before, during and post installation.
• Daily system and data maintenance for assigned projects.
• Build and maintain daily project schedule with internal timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day status updates.
• Initiate RFQs, award contracts, and oversee shipping budgets.
• Drive value creation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis for delays or deficiencies.
• Interface with customers and vendors to meet expectations.
• Travel for key customer visits and site visits.
