Clean Energy Services (CES) seeks a Solar Maintenance Technician to perform routine and corrective maintenance on solar plants, ensuring peak efficiency. The role requires regular travel to multiple sites and close teamwork with CES field technicians to deliver top-quality service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles.
• Experience using hand tools and performing mechanical troubleshooting or repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work at various sites.
• 20/40 vision; ability to lift 50 pounds; PPE compliance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks, observations, and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on mechanical and electrical solar plant components.
• Review system data and adjust settings on monitoring equipment at solar facilities.
• Follow SOPs and supervisor directions; stop and seek clarification if unsafe.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and avoid interfering with others’ lockout devices.
• Prepare detailed work orders with photos; document work, challenges, parts used, root causes, and site conditions.
