Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking qualified Land Agents in the Des Moines, IA area to assist in the acquisition of solar leases. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of easement acquisition experience and will work closely with landowners, attorneys, and contractors.

The Land Agent will represent the company and clients, requiring professionalism and proficiency in communicating legal contract terminology and project details to Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Land/Acquisition Agent in renewable energy, DOT, PU or real estate.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to explain legal contract terminology to landowners clearly.
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects and communications.
• Knowledge of the sequence to acquire easements and associated legal terms.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client while communicating with landowners, attorneys and contractors.
• Assist in the acquisition of renewable energy contracts with multiple landowners.
• Document all contact with landowners.
• Communicate project details to the Project Manager responsible for the project.
