Zeo Energy is hiring experienced Solar Installers to support residential projects around Roanoke, VA. You will perform roof-mounted installations, wire conduit, and maintain safety standards while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience on residential solar installations preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to work safely on roofs and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations per project specs and codes.
• Install roof-mounted solar arrays including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roof and building interiors/exteriors.
• Submit installation photos and docs to online portal.
• Maintain a safe, orderly job site per OSHA and safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
