ZEO Energy Corp. in Butler, PA is looking for experienced Solar Installers, Crew Leads and Electricians to support residential solar projects in and around Pittsburgh. You will deliver high-quality workmanship, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent customer experiences.

Training is available for motivated individuals who want to grow in this role. Compensation is based on per-watt piece-rate with bonuses for quality, inspections passed, and volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar installations preferred but can be taught.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely on steep roofs.
• Must lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specs and codes.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and inside/outside the home.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to the online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site in line with OSHA and company safety rules.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
