Zeo Energy Corp. in Allentown, PA is seeking a skilled MPU Electrician to upgrade residential electrical systems for solar installations. This hands-on role pays by piece-rate, rewarding expertise and performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential electrical work, NEC fluency related to solar and service panels, and the ability to work independently or in a team. On-site work with strong safety and collaboration culture is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including service upgrades.
• NEC knowledge, especially related to solar, battery storage, and service panels.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• State electrician license/journeyman preferred, but not required.
• Residential solar experience with PV equipment knowledge.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Safety-focused and able to follow safety requirements.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) or other residential service changes for solar energy systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and line diagrams to determine layouts.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to meet project requirements.
