Job summary

ION Solar in Orem, UT is seeking an Inspection Scheduling Specialist to manage the inspection calendar in the assigned market. You will coordinate appointments with homeowners, city building departments, and ION Solar Inspection technicians to keep projects moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service, problem-solving abilities, and the judgment to balance quality, productivity and team morale in a fast-paced solar environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all projects in assigned area progressing quickly through the inspection process.
• Perform project audits to ensure a project is ready for inspection.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners while coordinating with city officials and Field Technicians.
• Follow up within 1 business day on completed inspections and explain results to homeowners.
• Effectively communicate to homeowners any needed fixes and generate service tickets for needed changes.
• Complete all necessary tasks to move projects along to the Utility and PTO teams.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
