• Schedule inspections and coordinate with homeowners, city officials, and field technicians.
• Audit projects to ensure readiness for inspection.
• Follow up within 1 business day on inspections and explain results to homeowners.
• Generate service tickets for required changes and communicate fixes.
• Move projects along to Utility and PTO teams.
