Job summary

ION Solar is seeking a qualified Technician to manage inspections after solar installations across our projects. You will coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions, prepare and deliver project documents, and communicate findings to the corporate office.

Safety and quality assurance are emphasized throughout every stage. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year construction experience in electrical/roofing/framing, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing preferred.
• Solar experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up inspections with the proper jurisdictions.
• Deliver documents at project premises.
• Share project information with the corporate office.
• Complete projects within policies, procedures, time frames and budgets.
• Maintain QA/QC with emphasis on crew safety.
• Communicate with customers professionally and address questions or complaints.
