PosiGen, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team by building a customer base for solar panel installations. You will contact prospects by phone, present the solar program, and deliver scripted materials with pricing details.

You will qualify homeowners, set up future in-home appointments with outside sales reps, and handle inbound inquiries from ads. Flexibility for weekend/evening/holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1-2 years in a customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of solar power energy field preferred.
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Flexible to weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Responsabilités

• Contact potential customers by telephone to promote the company value proposition.
• Explain benefits of solar power and energy efficiency program to prospects.
• Deliver scripted sales material, pricing details over the phone.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and activity targets.
• Qualify homeowners for solar power and set up in-home appointments with outside sales reps.
• Answer inbound calls from prospects responding to ads.
• Follow up with customers after initial interactions.
