Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our inside sales team in Stamford, Connecticut. This in-person role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 9-5) with $18/hour base and commission, plus performance-based bonuses.

You will contact homeowners in the Northeast, educate them about solar energy and home electrification, and schedule meetings with our sales team, while gaining exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate outreach with leadership and operations for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain records of conversations and activities.
• Participate in training to improve communication and sales skills.
