Cinterra is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to lead safety compliance across departments and support teams. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and training to ensure OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards are met while minimizing risk.

The role emphasizes developing corrective actions, documenting findings, and coordinating with management to uphold a strong safety culture across the organization.

Formación

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of utility construction industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize and implement safety programs and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for safety, health, and environmental laws.
• Inspect facilities, tools, equipment, and machinery to identify hazards and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Assist investigations into injuries, incidents, and motor vehicle accidents to determine causes.
• Develop mitigation actions to reduce recurring hazards and improve safety performance.
• Facilitate safety training and education for supervisors and field employees.
• Manage safety training records and documentation in assigned areas.
• Recommend safe work practices and ensure proper PPE use.
