Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an HSE Coordinator to enforce safety, health, and environmental standards across our projects. You will conduct inspections, investigations, training, and regulatory compliance for OSHA, DOT, and EPA while supporting multiple departments.

The role requires hands-on field work, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 100% to job sites in the region. High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of utility construction industry standards.
• Knowledge of laws, legal codes, regulations and procedures.
• Ability to analyze risks and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counseling about regulatory compliance with safety, health and environmental laws and company requirements.
• Inspect workplace facilities and equipment to ensure OSHA/DOT/Cinterra compliance.
• Investigate safety-related incidents and determine causes.
• Develop corrective actions to reduce recurring hazards.
• Conduct safety training and maintain documentation.
• Ensure tools, equipment and PPE are properly used and maintained.
