Responsibilities

Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
Accurately document customer information and appointments.
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
