Job summary

Advanced Green Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman to lead commercial solar installation projects, oversee crews, ensure safety and quality, and deliver on time with strong customer focus.

This hands-on field leadership role will manage crews of up to 10, coordinating daily operations and driving productivity across projects. Located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the role emphasizes forecasting, execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Foreman experience.
• 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation.
• NAPCEP Certification - preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Able to lift 100 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Train installation crews on safety and job requirements.
• Lead crews of up to 10 workers and coordinate daily operations.
• Monitor progress and ensure jobsite safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Track crew time sheets and follow construction processes.
• Promote equal opportunity and compliance with all regulations.
