Job summary

Advanced Green Technologies is seeking a Solar Construction Manager to lead all field operations for commercial solar projects across Florida and the Caribbean. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure safety, quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

As on-site representative, your leadership will drive production performance, client satisfaction, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors.
• Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control.
• Act as on-site representative of Advanced Green Technologies.
