Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from kickoff to completion.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control.
• Serve as the on-site representative of Advanced Green Technologies.

Skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 100 LBS or more

Managing field employees

Commercial roofing experience

Solar construction experience

Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
