Job summary

Advanced Green Technologies (AGT) is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman to lead commercial solar installation projects. This hands-on field leadership role oversees crew performance, enforces safety standards, and delivers high-quality results on schedule with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The Solar Leadman will manage crews up to 10, provide technical guidance, coordinate daily operations, and drive productivity across projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Foreman position.
• 10+ years electrical experience.
• 2 years minimum experience with solar installation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and keep a clean work area for installation of equipment.
• Plan installations to minimize waste and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Install controls, distribution gear, switches, and inverters.
• Terminate wiring and connect power cables per specs.
• Create sketches/diagrams and follow blueprints for wiring.
• Test circuit continuity and safety using proper instruments.
• Oversee crew performance and productivity when foreman is offsite.
• Ensure on‑time project delivery and quality across solar systems.
