A reputable solar energy contractor is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to oversee solar installation projects. In this role, you will lead and manage a crew of up to 10 members, ensuring job site safety and timely project completion. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Foreman experience and 2 years in solar installation. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to lift 100 lbs. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Statewide travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Train Solar Installers on safety requirements.
• Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews.
• Organize and lead crew members to complete projects.
• Check progress of installers every hour.
• Ensure accuracy of crew's timesheets.

Skills

3+ years of Foreman experience

2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation

Proficient in English

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

NAPCEP Certified

Education

High school or equivalent
