Sunrun is seeking a Certified Hybrid Field Technician to support solar installation from site assessments to final inspections. You’ll work across diverse locations, collect data, verify code compliance, and help ensure readiness for AHJ approval. Strong safety focus and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

The role emphasizes field execution, collaboration with project teams, and reliable, customer-facing work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid state electrical certification at Journeyman or higher.
• Previous PV design/installation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to collect measurements and data for solar design.
• Assess roof conditions and electrical service panels to verify feasibility.
• Perform site surveys and post-install inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with install teams to resolve inspection issues and schedule AHJ approvals.
