Job summary

Charge Robotics is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction for solar farm projects. You will direct Foremen, manage crews, and align field activities with robotic deployment efforts.

In this startup environment, you will shape processes, influence product deployment, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with engineering teams across tracker, racking, and module installation. You will travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical construction on solar projects.
• Ability to supervise large field operations and diverse craft teams.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used on solar construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foremen and craft labor on-site for mechanical scopes.
• Plan labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize production and control costs.
• Develop crew matrices, equipment plans, and production schedules; monitor budgets.
• Mentor field supervision and act as primary customer contact.
• Collaborate with robotics engineers to deploy automated installation equipment.
