Qualifications

• Proven experience leading mechanical construction on solar EPC projects.
• Ability to manage diverse teams of craft workers and subcontractors.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Foremen and craft labor on-site.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Provide hands-on mentorship to field supervision.
• Partner with engineering teams for robotics deployment.
• Champion safety regulations on the job site.
