Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners. This role requires owning issues through resolution and delivering best-in-class customer service.

The position involves up to 50% travel, rooftop work, and performing on-site testing, wiring, and maintenance of Enphase PV and storage systems. A state electrical license and NABCEP certification are required; strong safety discipline is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA-compliant practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to service and install Enphase PV systems.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics.
• Install and route conduit, piping, and wiring.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system with changes.
• Maintain safety standards and complete field documentation.
• Mentor team members on installation techniques.
• Review system designs and develop BOMs.
