Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment through training or previous work experience.
• Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
• Familiarity with solar installations/plants and basic testing equipment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance and learn safe work practices on solar equipment.
• Operate company equipment, service solar plants under supervision, and perform basic testing.
• Replace or repair solar parts under supervision and document work performed.
• Be on-call as directed for emergency repairs and coordinate with supervision.
