You will work with the Services team to resolve issues swiftly and professionally, serving as the go-to representative for both installation and ongoing service needs. We value safe work practices, clear communication with homeowners, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting residential solar & storage systems.
• Willingness to climb ladders, rooftops, and work in extreme conditions.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and repair of solar systems.
• Document visits and complete job close-out reports.
• Schedule site visits with customers and coordinate with field teams.
• Support installation, permit/inspection, and service tasks as needed.
• Ensure high-quality installation and customer experience.
