Responsibilities

• Daily ride‑alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills
• Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates
• Close your own leads to drive personal and team success
• Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team
• Implement best practices to optimize lead‑to‑close efficiency
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of in‑person solar sales experience
