Semper Solaris in Irvine, CA is seeking a Solar Field Sales Manager to lead in-field sales efforts and mentor a growing team. You will ride with reps, close your own leads, and help expand the solar program.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of in-person solar sales, 1+ year in solar sales management, and a proven track record of exceeding goals. A valid driver's license and willingness to climb roofs are required. This role offers uncapped commissions and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends
• Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
