Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.
• At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train and develop their skills.
• Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance.
• Close your own leads to drive personal and team success.
• Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
