Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-person solar sales experience.
• 1+ year of solar sales management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train and develop skills.
• Mentor and coach existing team.
• Close own leads to drive success.
• Collaborate with Solar Sales Manager to expand sales team.
• Implement best practices for lead-to-close efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
