Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work for residential solar systems. You will work with customers, the Branch Manager, and the Field Service Team to ensure safe, timely, high‑quality service from site to close.

The role requires 1–3 years in solar or field construction, a High School diploma, and NEC/PV knowledge; training and career growth are emphasized in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve solar warranty/service issues for modules, inverters, monitoring and system components.
• Investigate roof leaks with documentation and photos; coordinate with supervisors and engineers.
• Complete Field Service Dispatches in Salesforce and communicate status to customers and team.
• Support safety, quality and timely completion of service/work and pursue skill growth.
