Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of construction-related experience.
• 1-3 years of solar experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crews of 3-5 Installers, service and inspection techs, and warehouse staff.
• Formulate performance improvement plans and make termination decisions as needed.
• Interview, select, and train new employees.
• Monitor day-to-day work for process adherence and compliance.
• Provide direction and coordination of all field activities.
• Ensure project quality meets or exceeds standards.
• Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Contribute to a positive company culture.
