Ipsun Solar is hiring a Field Operations Manager to lead field crews across the Washington DC metro and Northern Virginia area. You will manage installations, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality while collaborating with project managers and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of solar field operations experience, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to scale operations as Ipsun Solar grows. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing field teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with solar PV installations and battery storage systems (e.g., Tesla PowerWall).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule of installations 2+ weeks out.
• Assign installations to crews and ensure resources are available.
• Coach crews on safety and compliance; conduct safety audits.
• Interface with project managers and customers to finalize schedules.
• Maintain labor cost reports per project.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
