Job summary

SunPower is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee residential solar installations. You will guide a 2–4 installer crew, ensure safety, uphold quality, and meet project deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires PV system knowledge, OSHA-compliant practices, and the ability to explain work to customers. Some travel to local job sites and occasional weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with residential or commercial solar installation.
• Experience leading small crews of 2–4 installers.
• Familiarity with PV systems and various install locations.
• Construction site safety knowledge and OSHA standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–4 installers daily.
• Maintain safety and ORM procedures on each job site.
• Ensure quick and efficient installation while delivering excellent customer service.
• Explain the work and system to customers on-site.
• Coordinate with fleet management and keep sites clean and presentable.
