Job summary

Ion Solar is seeking a full-time installer/crew member in Manassas, VA, to support residential solar projects. You will coordinate inspections, deliver project documents, and relay updates to the corporate office while ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing. Solar experience is preferred, with competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• More than 1 year of construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing preferred.
• Solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up inspections with the proper jurisdictions.
• Deliver documents at project premises.
• Share information with the corporate office about important items for each project.
• Complete projects within policies, procedures, time frames, and budgets.
• Maintain quality assurance and safety standards.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and address questions and complaints.
