Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Field Manager to oversee on-site construction of solar and battery projects in new home developments in the San Diego area.

You will manage installations, coordinate with builders, and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness during the construction process. The ideal candidate has extensive project management and field operations experience in solar and storage, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with extensive project management experience.
• Minimum eight years of project management, including three+ years in Field Operations and Operations Management for solar/storage in new home communities.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a process-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site management of solar and battery installations in new home developments.
• Coordinate with Builder Superintendents, inspectors, and installation partner crews to prevent delays.
• Provide progress updates and conduct field training on safety, quality, and best practices.
