  • Optimize travel and site visits using routing software to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly activation goals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project data within CRM systems, fulfillment portals, and financier tools.
  • Support Procurement and Supply Chain teams with periodic inventory reconciliation as needed.
  • Attend team and partner meetings to share feedback and best practices.
  • Occasionally submit or retrieve permits and host inspections with AHJs as required.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and industry best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all installations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to interpret, implement, and adhere to master plan sets and PV/ESS design sets with exceptional attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills to optimize layouts and system specifications.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with a process‑driven approach focused on developing long‑term solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present new home solar contractor performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
