The role requires mechanical inclination, experience in electrical trades, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. On-site duties include troubleshooting, monitoring with SCADA, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills with computers and electronic equipment.
• Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, OSHA standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS certifications required within 4 weeks of employment.
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification desired.
• Travel up to 2 hours each way.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Carry out corrective maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled, across facilities.
• Respond to emergency dispatches for critical systems.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform.
• Conduct electrical testing with meters and tracers as needed.
• Assist with field investigations for predictive analytics and root cause analysis.
• Provide site access to third-party contractors.
• Support land management, module washing, and vegetation tasks as directed.
