Silicon Ranch Corporation is hiring a Solar Maintenance Technician II – Field Operations to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar facilities in Memphis, TN. The role requires hands-on electrical trade experience and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.

The candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and replace components across PV systems and associated electrical infrastructure, while using testing equipment such as IV curve tracers and multimeters.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills with computers and electronic equipment.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, and OSHA standards.
• 3+ years of experience in the electrical trade or related maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PV facilities including full PV system, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance, both planned and unplanned, on facility systems.
• Respond to emergency dispatches for critical systems as directed.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform.
