Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of construction or solar experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and a strong safety mindset. The role involves physical work outdoors and travel to project sites with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of construction or solar installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and secure solar racking, modules, and related equipment according to project drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
• Support site layout, wire management, torque verification, and other critical construction phases.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Adhere to all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Collaborate with team members, foremen, and supervisors to achieve project milestones and maintain quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support project operations.
