Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer Renewables to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. You will assist skilled tradespeople, help with site prep, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment across solar and wind installations.

Responsibilities include material handling, trenching, conduit work, and assisting with cable pulling. Must follow safety policies, lift up to 50 lbs, and be prepared for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to travel to various project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewable energy components.
• Perform general site preparation tasks, including clearing, grading, and excavation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Dig trenches, lay conduit, and assist with cable pulling as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and waste disposal.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
