Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our solar farm construction projects in Louisiana. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assisting with tasks essential for project completion.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in construction or general labor is a plus; be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, sorting, and staging of materials and equipment on job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support skilled trades by carrying tools, materials, and following instructions.
• Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
• Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.
• Operate small hand and power tools safely.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
