Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support solar farm construction projects. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assisting with various tasks essential for project completion.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, staging materials, site cleanup, and supporting skilled trades. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various conditions, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous construction/general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, sorting, and staging materials and equipment on job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support skilled trades by carrying tools and materials.
• Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
• Operate small hand and power tools safely.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
