Job summary

Republic Financial Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to schedule qualified appointments for our senior solar contract consultants. This is an in-office Phoenix-based role focused on contacting homeowners about solar lease and PPA options, asking qualifying questions, and setting appointments.

The position is a 1099 independent contractor with a semi-monthly draw and uncapped earnings ($40,000–$80,000+ potential).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or call center roles.
• Comfortable on the phone.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Experience in solar sales or solar appointment setting is a plus.
• Able to commute to Phoenix, AZ 85003.
• Willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85003 before starting work (preferred).

We are expanding our outreach team and hiring motivated Appointment Setters to help schedule qualified appointments. This role focuses on setting qualified appointments for our senior solar contract consultants.

This is an in-office, Phoenix-based role.

What You'll Do

Compensation

• Uncapped earnings, $40,000 - $80,000+ potential
