Suncovia in Phoenix is seeking motivated Solar Appointment Setters to join our hybrid inside sales team. You will contact homeowners, qualify fresh solar leads, and schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants, with a focus on high call volume (100 outbound calls per day) and goal-driven results.

Suncovia is seeking highly motivated Solar Appointment Setters to join our Phoenix team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, competitive, and looking for an opportunity to build a career with unlimited earning potential.

As a Solar Setter, your primary responsibility will be working fresh inbound and outbound leads, contacting homeowners, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants (Closers). In addition to phone-based lead generation, top performers may have opportunities to travel with our sales teams to support door-to-door appointment setting efforts in other markets.

What You’ll Do

• Contact and qualify fresh solar leads
• Schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants
• Maintain accurate notes and lead information in company systems
• Follow up with homeowners and nurture prospects
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Help contribute to team sales goals and performance metrics

Travel Opportunities

This is a hybrid position that combines inside sales and field marketing opportunities. Selected team members may be asked to travel to support our sales teams in:

• Maine
• Massachusetts
• Illinois
