Location: Fairfax, VA

The core business of our Energy Solutions division is delivering Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs). These projects upgrade and renovate facilities in a budget-neutral or budget-positive manner by redirecting utility expenses into facility upgrades, covering scope development, design, bidding, construction management, commissioning, measurement and verification, and ongoing energy management services. We have extensive experience in designing some of the most energy-efficient and zero energy buildings in the nation. Our expertise in the Guaranteed ESPC market is unparalleled.

Job Description

The Energy Solutions division is our fastest-growing sector. This role involves working with a team of engineers to design, bid, project manage, and commission solar PV systems for various clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, client-focused, and has a technical background.

Desired Experience

• 0-3+ years of experience

Desired Skills

• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD is preferred but not required
• Understanding of electrical engineering, including single line diagrams for PV systems, is a plus
• Knowledge of grid-tied PV systems and components is preferred
• Familiarity with 3-phase power systems is a plus
• Experience with inverter products like SMA, SolarEdge, Fronius is preferred

Desired Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
